En esta nueva entrada nos complace mostrar las imágenes de los invernaderos acabados recientemente en dos colegios de Segovia: El C.E.I.P. Agapito Marazuela y el C.E.I.P. «La Pradera» Valsaín . Más abajo, clicando en los iconos, se pueden observas las fotos de los dos invernaderos fabricados y montados por nuestra casa. El Fiberlux F6 ha sido el invernadero destinado al Colegio Agapito Marazuela, el cual consistía en un módulo de 6,40 m. por 3 m. y en cuyo interior se han montado mesas de cultivo con fondo de malla galvanizada. Al colegio «La Pradera» Valsaín, también en Segovia, iba destinado un módulo de nuestro mini invernadero Gardenlux, con muro perimetral y también una pequeña mesa de cultivo en el interior del invernadero. Ambos son dos ejemplos de dos sencillas soluciones de invernaderos destinados al uso docente, cada vez más demandadas en los actuales planes de estudios que intentan buscar una mayor educación práctica con el medio natural.
In this new post we are glad to show some pictures of the construction of two of our greenhouses for two primary schools in Segovia. One of the greenhouses was Fiberlux F6 with a 6,4 m. width 3 m. length module and the other was the mini-greenhouse Gardenlux. Both are two cases of simple and useful greenhouse solutions for the new teaching programs that demand new tools for a education based in practical relationship with the natural environment.
En esta ocasión volvemos a actualizar nuestro blog, mostrando las fotos de una de las últimas obras llevadas a cabo por nuestra empresa. Se trata de la ampliación de los invernaderos de gama alta de uno de nuestros clientes, los Viveros J.B. Martín Clemente. El modelo proyectado es al igual que los existentes en la finca, un invernadero caliente de gama alta Reylux R9 de capilla a dos aguas formado por una nave adosada de 9 m. de luz por 53,06 m. de largo. A esto se le ha añadido un porche que consta de un módulo más de 9 x 5,3 m. Todo el invernadero está formado por módulos de 9 x 5,3 m. Las medidas mencionadas anteriormente son entre ejes de pilares. La cobertura del techo está hecha a base de placas de policarbonato compacto semi-ondulado, excepto en en frontal del porche en el que se ha utilizado policarbonato celular de 10 mm. de espesor. Además de la construcción de la estructura y su cubierta, se han instalado todas los mecanismos de cierre automático de las ventilaciones y un sistema de pantalla térmica-sombreamiento, que se puede ver en la foto más abajo. Los Viveros J.B. Martín Clemente se encuentran en Valverde del Majano, Segovia y se dedican a la producción y venta de flor y planta ornamental.
This time we would like to show some pictures from our last work. The project involved was about the enlargement of the greenhouses for ornamental plant production in one of our clients site, the Garden Center and Nursery J.B. Martin Clemente, located in Segovia. The new greenhouses modules built were the same model as the former ones, our Reylux R 9 premium range wide span greenhouse 9 m. width and 53,06 m. length. It was added a porch that is formed by one more 9 x 5,03 m. module, as the same measures of the rest of the greenhouse modules. Greenhouse covering is made by structured polycarbonate sheets 10 mm. thick on frontals and by semi-wavy polycarbonate sheets on the greenhouse roof. All automatic control and regulation devises were installed for vents closing and opening control. Shade-Thermal screens were installed too, which it is showed in one of the thes picture below. Nursery J.B. Martín Clemente is located in Valverde del Majano village in Segovia (Castilla León – Spain) and they are dedicated to ornamental plant production.
Nos complace anunciar la satisfactoria terminación y entrega de un invernadero Fiberlux F-9 para investigación en el Instituto de Investigación y Formación Agraria y Pesquera de la Junta de Andalucía (IFAPA).
El invernadero está formado por una nave de 9×24 m. con módulos estándar de capilla curva simétrica. Las dimensiones entre ejes de soportes son de 4,00 m. de largo por 9,00 m. de ancho, formando un conjunto de dimensiones totales de 9,25 m de ancho por 24,25 m de largo y una superficie de 224,31 m2. Se ha dotado al invernadero de una división interior que formará un compartimento destinado a almacén, con dimensiones de 2 x 9 m.
El sistema de enfriamiento consiste en cooling system por depresión. Este sistema comprende la colocación de paneles de celulosa de alto poder de absorción de agua lo largo de una de las paredes del invernadero, y de ventiladores extractores con persianas de acero galvanizado en la pared opuesta. Los paneles gracias a su configuración de flujo cruzado crean una gran superficie de contacto entre el aire y el agua. Estos paneles además impiden la proliferación de cualquier tipo de bacterias o microorganismos en su interior.
Así, el principio de funcionamiento se basa en que los ventiladores originan una depresión dentro del invernadero, obligando al aire seco y caliente del exterior a penetrar a través del panel humidificado. Al evaporarse el aire por efecto del calor interior se obtiene un fuerte descenso de temperatura
El proceso de humidificación se autorregula, debido al hecho de que la evaporación está determinada por la cantidad de agua que el aire entrante puede absorber; es por lo tanto, imposible sobresaturar el aire.
We are glad to announce the succesful conclusion of a Fiberlux F-9 greenhouse construction for researching in the Agricultural and Forestry Teaching and Research Institute, center belonging to Andalucia Government. The greenhouse is a 9 x 24 m. nave formed by standard modules with symmetric curve roof. Measures between support axes are 4,0 m. length and 9,0 m. width, considering a whole body of 9,25 width 25,25 length and a 22,31 m 2 surface area. The greenhouse was equipped with an interior division which creates an independent 9 x 2 m. room which will be used as warehouse. Cooling system is a depression system. This system consists in placing cellulose pads with high water absortion power in one sidewall of the greenhouse, and extraxtor fans in the opposite wall. With the extractors fans there are galvanized steel blinds. The stripe pad consists of specially impregnated and corrugated cellulose paper sheets with different flute angles, that have been bonded together. This unique design yields a cooling pad with a high evaporation efficiency while still operating with a very low pressure drop. In addition scaling is kept to a minimum and no water carryover occurs due to the fact that the water is directed to the air inlet side of the pad. This is where most of the evaporation takes place. The impregnation procedure for the cellulose paper ensures a strong self supporting product, with high absorbance, which is protected against decomposition and rotting and therefore increaseing longevity (Munters technical information). So the working principle of this system is that the extractors fans create a depression inside the greenhouse, forcing warm and dry outside air to penetrate through wet cellulose pad inside the greenhouse. When the air evaporates because the internal heat the tenmperature drops down.
